Who We Are
Ruth Real Estate Investments LLC is a diverse company that buys properties, rehabs them, and then rents them at affordable prices. We also sell them when it is more feasible and cost effective.
Our goal is to provide clean, safe, and affordable housing for rent. We must want to live in the homes ourselves or we will not buy them or rent them to tenants. Our tenants must be proud to live in our properties. We manage our own properties.
What You Can Expect
A good tenant will settle for nothing less than a good home. A complete rehab is key to our success. Our contractors are experts in the rehab business and this translates into great properties. A poor rehab leads to unhappy tenants who become frustrated and angry with the problems of living in a substandard property.
We are successful because our goal is to have happy tenants. Our tenants are happy because they are provided a good home where they can live safely and happily. We take care of our properties and our tenants want to stay in the properties for multiple leasing terms.
